Requirements:
- • Educational Qualification B.Sc in any related discipline
- • Experience 5+ years experience in HR functions
- • Highly organized and focused
- • High level of professionalism
- • Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills
- • A natural leader with strong ability to influence others
- • Good written and verbal communication skills
- • Able to work in a fast paced environment
- • High proficiency in MS Office Suite
- • Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence
- • Good initiative, time and stress management skills
- • Experience working in a loan company
Responsibilities:
- • Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices
- • Improving and monitoring employee productivity
- • Structuring compensation and benefit packages
- • Managing staff wellness initiatives
- • Improving relations between staff and employers
- • Evaluating staffing needs
- • Overseeing recruitment efforts
- • Managing and allocating HR funds
- • Engaging with heads of department
