Requirements:
- • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- • Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in the supply chain and logistics industry, with a track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
- • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
- • Deep understanding of the Ghanaian market, including regulatory environment, cultural nuances, and business dynamics.
- • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and drive operational efficiency.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions and adapting to changing market conditions.
Responsibilities:
- • Develop and execute the company's strategic plan for the Ghanaian market, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
- • Oversee all aspects of operations, including sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and logistics, to drive growth and profitability.
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, government agencies, and industry associations.
- • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, as well as adherence to company policies and procedures.
- • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- • Represent the company in public forums, conferences, and media engagements, promoting our brand and reputation.
