Requirements:

  • • Must know how to cook continental dishes
  • • Must practice and be knowledgeable in food hygiene and food safety
  • • Must keep work space clean and tidy and have good food handling practices

Responsibilities:

  • • Must be able to cook continental dishes as well as Ghanaian cuisine
  • • Maintain a high level of food hygiene and food safety
  • • Must be creative and innovative, bringing new ideas
  • • Must be able to provide great customer service
  • • Must be able to work in a team
  • • Must be neat, clean and tidy
